🌷 Some complain: “Why did the Lord create this material world to let the marginal souls come here and suffer?” They forget that the same Lord gave Himself in the form of His names, so that any soul in any material universe can associate with Him directly, like in His spiritual world.
🌷 When the Lord’s Form starts spontaneously manifesting from the Name in Japa or Gunjan, then such blissfully vivid pastimes arise in Kirtan. So imagine what beautiful nityalila scenes we will internally behold in Kirtan when the Qualities & Pastimes manifest during Japa & Gunjan?
🌷 Celebrating my 100th tweet today with the bliss of Nitai Gunjan & Harinam. A miniscule drop of the agony which Nitai feels for the each and every suffering soul in this material creation is realized by us by contacting His heart through the loud calling (Gunjan) of Nitainam.
🌷 I have never given up my tulsi kanthimala & tilak. I wear it around my neck 24 hrs, though it may not be visible due to poloneck. At times I put gopichandan tilak, other times invisible Radhakund water tilak which is equally bona-fide. I have mostly kept shortest hair in my life.
🌷 Now that I have received the universal white paramhansa vesh of Gaudiya Math sanyas, I will not have to wear anything else for helping others, which I have anyways worn only a handful of times in my life from 1994. I’ve always tried to be in my sanyas dress publicly & privately.
🌷 I have requested all our devotees to wear tulsi neckbeads & gopichandan tilak or if not then invisible water tilak and chant Harinam always, right from my sanyas in 2001. I have never instructed a single devotee otherwise or compromised on this principle, since I myself do it.
🌷 Nitai Gunjan is simply calling out Nitai’s name, like we do in Kirtan, in addition to Harinam. How can uttering a name without japamala be apasiddhant? Devotees sing many hours of Kirtan of so many names of the Lord, but some have the audacity to call Nitai Gunjan as a concoction.
🌷 Nitai is not only a bona-fide name, but the most merciful of all. So any fool who has the audacity to call its calling out (Gunjan), without a japamala in addition to Harinam, as a shastric concoction becomes not only a Namaparadhi but a direct Nitaiaparadhi, which is sure doom.
🌷 Gaura Himself chanted Nitainam along with Harinam. So how is humming Nitainam minimizing Gaura? In fact, it is to please Him. We also chant Harinam in japa & kirtan to please Gaura, and Gauranam in kirtan to please Nitai. So we please all the Lords. We are not separating Them.
🌷 We are not chanting Nitainam on japamala. We are calling out in Nitai Gunjan handsfree for a fixed time (not rounds) daily, which is a form of Nitai Kirtan. It is a call to Nitai to award us Gauranam-Ruchi and Harinam-Siddhi, not to replace Them. We only chant Harinam on japamala.
🌷 Any bonafide rasabhasfree principal Nityalila-name of the Lord (Vishnu Tattva) is a namatmaka mantra, which can be chanted in any way. But we still prefer to call out Nitainam by Nitai Gunjan, which is Kirtan so it does not need a japmala. No one can stop us from this NitaiKirtan.
🌷 In Harinam Chintamani, Srila Haridas Thakur states that one can count the names even in Kirtan, so that we can keep a daily Kirtan vow too. Thus, we do Nitai Gunjan, which is bona-fide Nitai Kirtan, additionally for a particular time daily, to get Harinam-Siddhi & Gauranam-Ruchi.
🌷 Calling out the name (Kirtan) is the main practice in all religions. No one can stop it. “Nitai” is the direct, simple & rasabhasfree name vibrated by all associates, which Narottam das has told us to call out daily. So give us shastric proof that it can’t be called out in Gunjan, a form of Kirtan, in addition to Harinam and not on a japamala.
